Well, write down 7-10 "healthy" morning habits, like yoga, workout, journaling, listening to music, etc and roll a dice every morning. If it's must be physical activity, choose several areas, like stretching, skill training (handstands for example), cardio, strength, agility (maybe try HIT trainings) and roll a dice for them or choose one for every day of a week.
