Exactly, so Parler gets to decide how Parler is moderated. AWS gets to decide if Parler is violating the law, and remove it for that reason. If you want to introduce other reasons... well, I'd wager you haven't thought through the consequences of that. |

They have a TOS and policies like any other company. You can get kicked off AWS for much less than hosting a service that willfully turns a blind eye to domestic terrorism.
What existing law do you think prevents Amazon from removing Parler?
