This is very bad for democracy. Who gets to decide what constitutes disinformation, racism or hatred? If you have someone who decides who can speak and what they are allowed to say, that person holds all the power and is hence a dictator. Having a dictator isn't very democratic. |

The U.S. and all countries already do this through the numerous exceptions to free speech rights.
