For what it's worth, you can add a poll to HN [1]

Well, Sorry, you need over 200 karma to create a poll.

There is n-gate [0] that summarizes top HN stories, although the tone is quite sarcastic :-)

I feel like this deserves its own post. I wonder if the resulting comment thread would end up there.

I don't think so because:

a. I often miss stuff in my email; and

b. This site serves that general purpose for me:
