Ask HN: How to get into decentralized web applications?

I know some services to be known as decentralized services, for instance :

    - peertube (https://joinpeertube.org/)
    - mastodont (https://joinmastodon.org/)
    - manyverse (https://www.manyver.se/)

I like that concept and I would like to understand the concept more deeply, and maybe to develop something, but I don't know where to start.

Do you have any idea, resources to provide ?

stay away from blockchain related content, you can build a better service without it. Decentralization is not a feature users care much about, they care about the value they get from the experience.

In short, just learn to build applications. Understand a problem deeply and then use the best tools & technology for fixing it.
