> Employees can ask for better, but when you already work at the company that pays and treats their employees like Google I think one important aspect is this union includes their contractor workers, which are treated far worse than Google SWE's, this allows the union to do collective bargaining on their behalf. Which I do think is a pretty worthwhile goal. |
