Interesting challenge.
This is not my area of expertise, but maybe something like this can work for you: Remotely setup a company in US/Europe. Setup a Stripe account with the company. Send money back via transferwise - it says it supports Uganda. Obviously, this comes with costs. Maybe others have better suggestions. |
