Really? Whenever I needed cats eyes in the UK when driving in Scotland (say east Lothian) or peak district they did not exist. I have been looking out for them a few times out of interest, but I could never spot them outside of motorways. Obviously there will be worse places. But I am comparing the UK to other reasonably densely populated counties in the vicinity. |
