I was going to reverse that: who cares about PWAs. Sure in some edge cases I can see PWAs being a temporary solution. If you want to create a desktop app, just do the work or don’t do it at all. Don’t pretend you have a standalone desktop app if you need to start Chrome to run, yes Google I’m looking at you and your retarded Chat app.
