Management is a function of maturity. There are kids who have just graduated from B school and with just a year or two of work experience, who are great managers. We have to remember that they have been living on the planet for 20-24 years and their experiences in life , families , sports teams etc. Define their level of EQ and maturity. So it’s not just those years of work experience that lead to great young managers - it’s life experience as well. |
