thinking you're in charge or leading someone when you're a manager is a bad mentality. you should look at yourself like an offensive coordinator on an NFL football team, and maybe not even the head offensive coordinator. You're a role player. you have a role to fill, and it's not leadership. Maybe you _will_ be a leader from this role, but it's not what it calls for. |
