Everyone in this thread seems to identify more with camp 3. I'm very camp 2, I don't care about making anything, most of my programming is means-to-an-end, little scripts and cli binaries, rarely any large projects. I see a computer as a sort of huge warehouse-sized machine, with tiny little gears and pistons all moving in perfect timing, and I just want to throw an apple into it, to see what happens. |
