Systematic or a policy of ghosting is terrible - yes. The other consideration is that some recruiters are handling up to 60 (or more) jobs with hundreds of applicants each. And all of those people are at different stages with different roles and different questions, etc. Sometimes ghosting may be a very understandable human error and there should be some room in this conversation for that too. |
