meh to you: this is a solved problem. ticket systems that send reminders have been around for 30 years, at least. saas recruiter dashboards with candidate status for 10 years, at least. there's zero excuse for ghosting a candidate in 2020. You are just making excuses, as if the problem is intrinsic and it just comes with the territory. All of your points are true, but none of them matter! meh to the site: anonymity is pointless and makes this a spam tool, at best. i could see this working after a few iterations on it, but as it stands it's quite poor. |
