- Not in any given relationship it doesn't. You can't ghost someone that has already ghosted you. - On a systemic level, you're just propagating the same crappy behaviour that you don't like to see in other people. I don't see how that makes things better for anyone. |

- Candidates can decide they are not interested in the position anymore and ghost the recruiter/employer without warning
Similarly,
- Employers can ghost candidates and recruiters
- Recruiters can ghost candidates and employers
It's a ghosting triangle. Candidates probably get ghosted the most, but certainly recruiters and employers are ghosted as well.
