For the first one I agree having kids is obligation and duty one must fulfill, (I am single). For the second one, different folks different strokes, I traveled the world and I have not found that 5 stars holidays will give me more joy than random traveling on tight budget. As I enjoy nature and free time - so, super expensive wine, cars or fancy hotels does not mean much to me.
