I think 32c3 (and the amount of hacks after) really opened the gateway to 3DS modding [1]. I had my eyes glued on the screen with what they'd revealed at the time.

I hope Smea, Derrek, Pluto et. al were approached by Nintendo in a different way because those guys had been stellar throughout the scene's life.

Derrek and Smea seem to appear multiple times in the leaked documents as well, with possible talking points/conversation flow graphs and ways to approach.
