Some of the language specific IDEs do not have a free (community) version like CLion for C/C++ or Rider for C#/.NET/Unity (and Unreal Engine in the near future) and bring a lot to the table for those languages. I am a heavy user of CLion and enjoyed my education license while I was in engineering school, I will happily buy a personal license when it expires ! |
