We're still not sure how liability plays out in the courts in terms of going out into the community while potentially infected. From a legal standpoint, it's probably better to just not know, than to know and be on the hook for something. Again, that's from a personal, legal liability standpoint. Not at all from a public health standpoint or a moral/ethical standpoint. |
