I am European and I live in the US. I would like to ask for more proof of your assertion that most of the tech on which big tech is built originated in Europe. In the US it is taken for granted that there has been a virtuous cycle between public research money, research universities, venture capital and tech companies. My impression is that most of the tech originates in this ecosystem. |
