reddit doesn't buy squat, it's conde nast. same people that wrote fluff pieces on a 'new wall street wonder boy' named jeffrey epstein.

Conde Nast spun out reddit as a separate entity almost a decade ago.
Just to follow up on this - Conde Nast's parent company, Advance Publications, still owns a majority stake in Reddit (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advance_Publications). Apparently they also own the Discovery Channel and Lycos.
This is true, but it would be like trying to correct someone and saying "No AirBnB didn't by Company X, Greylock did!"
