Neither is employable off the bat, and it takes time for someone with zero experience to be valuable. That makes question who is more employable: a student with 48 months of University, or someone with 6 months of Lambda and 2.5 years of real world experience? Note, I assumed the Lambda grad had a year unemployed. |
