So far, the vast majority of court cases are getting tossed out due to lack of evidence. The courts are asking for more evidence but there is none.

At what point would you be agree that the claims are baseless? Like, what has to happen for you are confident about it?

Texas' lawsuit is frivolous and will get denied.
