I'd consider myself super active, can do up two hours of intensive exercise without feeling soreness the next day. The last three months I started walking 4km each day at a pace of 12 minutes per kilometer. Mentally it is game changing. I began remembering childhood memories, came up with new ideas, start connecting dots of what I've listened and read, and noticed a huge boost on my mood. I look forward each day for my afternoon walk. |
