The author of that article appears to have been tricked?
Because last I recall, Michael Burry left twitter some time after the market bottomed in March. And, the tweet the article is based on, and links to [1], is no longer present. It also appears from an account that doesn't genuinely look like Burry's [2].
Not only that, but it's spreading to other news outlets too [1, 2]. Makes you wonder, or perhaps it becomes obvious, how much verifying goes into writing like this.
