Totally agree. I wonder if that is part of the reason for the high compensation numbers. I do not know how widespread "counter Facebook ethics" are among Engineers. I could imagine them being higher that elsewhere as it is a somewhat high-compensation segment, even outside of these monstrous FB-numbers. |
