I've yet to deal with any "data anything" vendor in this business in 20+ years who gives a rats ass about small customers. Try buying a database sometime. Every single last one of them sells to you like they're IBM. "Spend six-figures-plus/year or don't even talk to me." Hardly a surprise at this point. |
