Plot-twist: They don't want awareness because western cyber capabilities are far and beyond the best the in the world. We hack ourselves and each other constantly. Most are aware of China/NK/Russia/Iran actors doing X action. You'll have a rough time finding anyone in the five eyes with common knowledge of their offensive capabilites.
