You can host it yourself on your own server. Or, you can run it within Docker locally. I contributed to Monica a bit and the “desktop version” was always a huge GitHub issue. That, along with an impossible “E2E” encryption issue, devoid of any understanding of RDMBS or TLS, is why I didn’t go much further with my contributions. Edit: see issues 531, and 543. |

Just please make sure you're using a volume so the data is persistent. And also please keep backups in case that volume explodes.
