"Undeserving ones making more is what pains me." I know what you mean. Good companies should want to correct this. If they don't, then they end up with people like me - I used to be a high performer, but why should I bother if the company has screwed me over and passed me over several times while people who joined after me with a similar ability are at least one level ahead of me. |
