Netflix is either MulTCP (Renoish) or BBR on FreeBSD so they got that one completely wrong. Amazon Prime also has a 1/4 chance of coming from FreeBSD BBR via Limelight CDN. Anything on Limelight has a chance of being FreeBSD BBR depending on the customer otherwise FreeBSD CUBIC (with a ton of bugs). I wonder if AkamaiCC is still FastTCP.

Isn't this still calling into the pluggable CC framework, with all the CC_ calls? You could say that the various CCs are also using RACK on linux too.
