My favorite thing about 10X engineers is that I don’t have to lose my own sleep or salary. I’m pretty sure life is a marathon and if you try to go too fast you will bonk eventually. I hit my threshold but I am glad they haven’t. I used to be a 10X engineer in my 20s but since getting a little older with a family I can’t. |
