It's pretty much all of the things mentioned in the post and comments. You don't really know you had a 10x until they leave then little by little problems show up more frequently, take a bit more time and people to fix, trends upward, then snowballs and no one really knows how they got to this point. Having 10x is like having elves that magically make problems you don't know about continue to not be exist in most everyone's worlds. |
