I have most of this stuff in my home as well, along with pounds of gunpowder. Absent other evidence, I tend to believe Marak.

I think the intent is what’s up for debate. Perhaps Marak has a hobby and isn’t making explosives for malicious purposes. Ok, cool.

But you still don’t keep that stuff in a dense apartment building.
