It'd be nice if they optimize for eink display as well. Solid black text on solid white background.

Unfortunately my eInk tablet's browser doesn't support extensions and Firefox isn't eInk-optimized for scrolling ...

Yeah scrolling sucks on eink. Only option on Firefox on Android eink tablet was to use uBlock's My Filter feature:

    *##span,a,div,p,li:style(color: #000000 !important; background: #fff !important;)
