I second this. Most, if not all; the reviews I have read so far have been 100% focused on the hardware itself. I honestly had to dig deep to even find the information I wanted about Rosetta emulation performance. For some reason, 80% of the articles out there are about benchmarks, when we're also looking at the single biggest new release of MacOS in arguably nearly 20 years. I get that it's a big hardware transition, but who cares if the software is not up to snuff? Both are equally important. Catalyst is of huge interest to me, too; especially as an iOS developer. Any good articles / links on this, HN? :) |

It’s likely why Apple wanted this so bad. The cost savings from Intel is one thing but the additional money earned through apps will be insane.
