Assuming Apple is ever kept at bay, they'll just ratchet up their already prevalent "soft coercion" tactics (warnings, unforced security errors, etc.) The question is literally:
1. Comply fully and lose billions in revenue
2. Figure out a way to continue cheating the system We have decades of data setting a precedent that this specific company will choose Option 2 unless absolutely forced to fundamentally change. |
