Thanks! Just tried a couple. I’m curious about the science/research behind the different cadences. I didn’t see any cited works in the readme[1]. May also help to give a guide on how deeply to breathe. My first go I started to get lightheaded and had to tone it back a notch hah. I wonder too about the size of my lungs/body vs someone more petite. Wouldn’t that impact the most effective rhythm?
