I had a positive support experience. The delivery driver delivered me somebody else's order. Within 10 minutes, they had refunded me, and were re-preparing my original order (which I received 30 minutes later). I also got to keep the wrong order - I stuck it in the fridge. Even though the situation was a bit of a mess, the live support worked well for me. |
