It's a testament to where you work. If you worked in sweatshops firms, who effectively hire anybody who is willing to work without any sort of coding test, there is an amount of developers there who are incapable of developing anything. If you worked in startups in the valley, there's usually a pretty decent high technical bar to hiring. |
