> Can I replace 10 of my average engineers with this one person? Yes you can in plenty of situations. 10 mediocre engineers creates a ball of mud and gets bogged down in technical debt. Beating that as a good engineer isn't hard at all. What you can't do however is tell a good engineer to maintain the ball of mud created by your 10 mediocre engineers. |
