They may not die, but I'd bet a lot of them want to leave, or will have significant psychological trauma after dealing with this. The UK NHS is recruiting at the moment, in the most visible campaign I can remember. I'm wondering if this is linked - certainly I wouldn't want to be faced with the upcoming winter in a medical role dealing with this, given what happened in March to June this year. |
