It boils down to two things currently. 1.I spent all the money so far on buying machines and hardware infrastructure. I can slow down on hardware purchases now. 2. The fulfillment side of things is a bit of a mess, its a mix of my SQL database and my email functioning as the ground truth datastore. It makes it tough to hand off to an employee for the fulfillment. I think I really just need to do a low code Trello based workflow for fulfillment in the meantime. Then build those features later. |
