Railroads dominated and had superior budgets. Then cars showed up and turned everything around. People wanted them, got them. Infrastructure had to adapt to cars, because they became the dominant transportation form. Going by your logic, i can say that email is enforced on me and that makes me angry. But that hardly makes any sense, does it? |
