I am 100% ok with a CEO cashing out on top of a success. Anything else effectively makes them a lower-class shareholder. Pfizer is a huge, multi-billion dollar business. The CEO making $5M off a stock sale is relatively minuscule, especially after delivering such a massive win for shareholders. |
