If a bank proposes something, it's safe to say it's not socialism.

Not necessarily the case. It can be profitable today to be "woke", we already see banks moving in that direction to appease the SJW crowd.

"SJW stuff" does not necessarily affect the bottom line of a bank or its shareholders. Socialism does.
