Yeah, the analyst's conclusion seems to be very dumb/unworkable... What if monthly public transport tickets (if we're talking about places with public transport) and lunch subsidies are added to employees' benefit packages, but if you work from home these will be reduced at a pro-rata basis (WFH 40%? You only get 60% of that money)... |
