A lot of $$$ is people making different decisions and those decisions end up on a bell curve of chance. Some end up making peanuts, a lot make something ok, and some others make millions. I’d say there’s a big fallacy with equating “I got a good dice roll on joining the right startup” with “I am a higher class of individual”.
