I thought it through just fine, unless you have a large supply of smart well educated people who'd like to be making the same amount of money, and maybe less in real terms, ten years from now, and 20 years from now, and so on. No? Well then I guess we're going to have to pay people more as they have more seniority, just like virtually every other industry. |
