Currently I have a lot of trouble with my body because I am sitting to much. After different types of exercise I believe what matters most is keeping the blood flowing and stimulating blood flow. Strength is nice but when acids still build up it does you no good. There are also no shortcuts. Exercise takes at least half an hour a day. In my experience walking half an hour a day can be as good as lifting weights. |
